Wilson's Delights is a family food truck serving Louisiana-inspired seafood and sweet treats in Beachwood and across Northeast Ohio. Po boys, bayou bowls, que fries, beignets — food that tastes like a party showed up at the window.

We built the truck to share the food we love: fresh seafood, crispy fries, and NOLA-style sweets. You'll find us at lunch stops, festivals, and private events. If you want the celebration at your place, book the date and we'll roll in.
